興和株式会社（以下「当社」といいます）が主催する「第1弾WORLD BASEBALL CLASSIC™2026日本代表を応援しよう！キャンペーン」（以下「本キャンペーン」といいます）にご参加される前に、本応募規約をよくお読みいただき、ご同意の上でご参加ください。本キャンペーンへのご参加をもって、本応募規約にご同意いただいたものとみなします。

1．レシート有効期間
2025年12月1日（月)～2026年1月31日（土）

ハガキ応募：2026年2月5日（木）当日消印有効
応募：2026年2月5日（木）23:59まで


3．応募方法

・レシート有効期間中に対象商品をご購入いただいたレシートを、各コースの応募に必要なポイント・応募口数を満たすよう、ご準備ください。
・複数枚レシートを合算してのご応募も可能です。
・お一人様何口でもご応募いただけます。
・1枚のハガキ、1件のWEB応募で複数の口数、賞品の応募ができます。
・同じレシートでのご応募は、郵送かWEBどちらか1度に限らせていただきます。
※インターネットや通販サイトでのご購入の場合、対象商品名と数量、ご購入店舗名、ご購入日が証明できる納品書等であればご応募いただけます。
・WEBでのご応募は専用応募フォーム（パソコン、タブレット、スマートフォン）からのみできるものとします。
・専用応募フォームに記載された必要事項をもれなくご入力いただき、「レシート写真」を添付のうえ、ご応募ください。
※1度のご応募につき、登録できる写真は3枚までとなりますので、予めご了承ください。（複数枚まとめて撮影してのご応募も可能です）
※写真はJPGまたはPNG形式で10MB以内でお送りください。

5．注意事項
・レシートのコピーや手書きの領収書は無効とさせていただきます。
・ご応募いただいたハガキ、レシートは返却できません。
・レシート有効期間外のレシートで応募を行った場合は、応募を無効とさせていただきます。
・2026WORLD BASEBALL CLASSIC™観戦チケットは、2026年3月5日～2026年3月10日、いずれかの日程の日本戦チケットが対象です。試合日程は変更になる場合がございます。大谷選手含め特定の選手の出場を保証するものではありません。
・当選者の発表は、賞品の発送をもって代えさせていただきます。
・ご当選の権利は、当選者ご本人に限り有効です。第三者に譲渡することはできません。
・賞品は、応募時に記入していただく送付先住所に発送されます。また、送付先や賞品の変更、及び配送日の指定はお受けできませんので、予めご了承ください。
・Wチャンス賞の「えらべるPay」は入力していただいたメールアドレスへお送りします。
・登録・応募内容に誤りや漏れがある場合は当選が無効となる可能性がございます。
・賞品は2026年2月末までに発送予定ですが、諸事情により、多少遅れることがございます。
・賞品受取り後の紛失等につきましては、責任を負いかねますので予めご了承ください。
・興和グループ社員およびその家族の方は応募できません。
・お客様のご都合による賞品の返品・交換はお受けできません。

・本キャンペーンへのご応募に関連して応募者と第三者との間に紛争が発生した場合には、応募者は、自身の責任と費用で当該紛争を解決するものとし、当社に損害を与えることのないようにするものとします。
・本キャンペーンに関連してお客様に発生した損害について、当社に故意または過失がある場合を除き、当社は一切の責任を負いません。
また、当社の損害賠償責任は、当社に故意または重過失がある場合を除き、お客様に直接かつ現実に発生した通常の損害に限られます。

8.　準拠法・合意管轄

本応募規約の準拠法は、日本法とします。
本キャンペーンに関して生じた紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

WORLD BASEBALL CLASSIC™ 2026 Japan Team Support Campaign - First Round Application Rules

Before participating in the "First Round WORLD BASEBALL CLASSIC™ 2026 Japan Team Support Campaign" (hereinafter referred to as "this campaign") organized by Kowa Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company"), please read these application rules carefully and agree to them before participating. Participation in this campaign will be deemed as your agreement to these application rules.

1. Valid Receipt Period
From Monday, December 1, 2025, to Saturday, January 31, 2026.

2. Application Deadline
Postcard application: Valid if postmarked by Thursday, February 5, 2026.
Web application: Until 23:59 on Thursday, February 5, 2026.

3. Application Method
Prepare the receipts of the target products purchased during the valid receipt period to meet the necessary points and application counts for each course.
Multiple receipts can be combined for application.
You can apply as many times as you like.
Multiple entries and prizes can be applied for with one postcard or one web application.
The same receipt can only be used once for either postal or web application.
For purchases made on the internet or e-commerce sites, applications can be made with delivery notes, etc., that can prove the product name, quantity, store name, and purchase date.
Web applications can only be made from the dedicated application form (PC, tablet, smartphone).
Fill in all required fields in the dedicated application form and attach the "receipt photo" to apply.
You can register up to three photos per application, so please be aware in advance. (It is possible to apply by photographing multiple receipts together)
Photos should be sent in JPG or PNG format within 10MB.

4. Prizes
17 Points Course: 2026 WORLD BASEBALL CLASSIC™ Viewing Tickets: 25 pairs (50 people)
9 Points Course: Catalog Gift (Enjoy Physical Activities Gift) worth 10,000 yen: 100 winners
W Chance: Selectable Pay (500 points): 1,876 winners

5. Notes
Copies of receipts or handwritten receipts are invalid.
Submitted postcards and receipts cannot be returned.
Applications with receipts outside the valid period will be invalid.
The 2026 WORLD BASEBALL CLASSIC™ viewing tickets are for Japan matches on any day between March 5, 2026, and March 10, 2026. Match dates may change. Participation of specific players, including Otani, is not guaranteed.
Winners will be announced by shipping the prizes.
The winning rights are valid only for the winner and cannot be transferred to third parties.
Prizes will be shipped to the address provided at the time of application. Changes to the shipping address or prize, and specifying delivery dates are not accepted.
"Selectable Pay" for the W Chance prize will be sent to the provided email address.
Incorrect or incomplete registration/application information may invalidate the winning.
Prizes are scheduled to be shipped by the end of February 2026, but may be delayed due to various circumstances.
We are not responsible for loss, etc., after receiving the prize.
Employees of the Kowa Group and their families are not eligible to apply.
Returns or exchanges of prizes due to customer convenience are not accepted.
We cannot respond to inquiries about winning.
We do not respond to inquiries regarding shipping status or personal information.
We may contact customers to confirm necessary information for shipping.
Communication fees and postage stamps incurred in relation to applications for this campaign will be borne by the customer.
If the winner's address, relocation destination is unknown, or if the winner is absent for a long time, making it impossible to deliver the prize, the winning will be invalidated.
In case of emergency troubles requiring system maintenance/inspection, applications for this campaign may be temporarily suspended.
Access may be difficult during peak times.
Participants in this campaign may receive information related to products, etc., from our company or our group companies in the future, so please participate only if you agree.
Overseas residents can apply, but prizes will only be shipped within Japan.
These application rules may be changed without notice for the proper operation of this campaign.
The changed application rules will be posted on this site without delay and will follow the changed description, so please check the latest contents.
If a dispute arises between the applicant and a third party in relation to this campaign, the applicant will resolve the dispute at their own responsibility and expense and will not cause damage to our company.
Our company is not responsible for any damages incurred by customers in relation to this campaign, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence by our company. Furthermore, our company's liability for damages is limited to direct and actual ordinary damages incurred by the customer, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence.

6. Handling of Personal Information
The personal information entered by customers at the time of application will be handled based on our company's privacy policy and will be used for drawing lots, shipping prizes, inquiries if prizes cannot be shipped, and sending information related to products/services from our company or our group companies. Personal information will be managed appropriately by our company and will not be disclosed or provided to third parties other than the business consignment without the customer's consent. (Except when disclosure is required by law, etc.)
The provided personal information may also be used for purposes other than the above determined by our company.

8. Governing Law and  Jurisdiction
These application rules are governed by Japanese law.

These application rules are implemented from December 1, 2025.
