興和株式会社（以下「当社」といいます）が主催する「バンテリンWORLD BASEBALL CLASSIC™2026日本代表を応援しよう！キャンペーン」（以下「本キャンペーン」といいます）にご参加される前に、本応募規約をよくお読みいただき、ご同意の上でご参加ください。本キャンペーンへのご参加をもって、本応募規約にご同意いただいたものとみなします。

1．レシート有効期間

2025年12月1日（月)～2026年1月31日（土）

2．応募締切

ハガキ応募：2026年2月5日（木）当日消印有効
WEB応募：2026年2月5日（木）23:59まで

3．応募方法

・レシート有効期間中に対象商品をご購入いただいたレシートを、税込2,500円の応募金額を満たすようご準備ください。 バンテリンｺｰﾜシリーズ全商品が対象となります。
（塗付剤・貼付剤・サポーター・テーピング・アイシング・リカバリー）
・複数枚レシートを合算してのご応募も可能です。
・お一人様税込2,500円ごとに 何口でもご応募いただけます。
・1件のWEB応募、1枚のハガキで複数の口数、賞品の応募ができます。
・同じレシートでのご応募は、郵送かWEBどちらか1度に限らせていただきます。
※インターネットや通販サイトでのご購入の場合、対象商品と税込金額 、ご購入店舗名、ご購入日が証明できる納品書等であればご応募いただけます。
・WEBでのご応募は専用応募フォーム（パソコン、タブレット、スマートフォン）からのみできるものとします。
・専用応募フォームに記載された必要事項をもれなくご入力いただき、「レシート写真」を添付のうえ、ご応募ください。
※1度のご応募につき、登録できる写真は3枚までとなりますので、予めご了承ください。（複数枚まとめて撮影してのご応募も可能です）
※写真はJPGまたはPNG形式で10MB以内でお送りください。

5．注意事項

・レシートのコピーや手書きの領収書は無効とさせていただきます。
・ご応募いただいたハガキ、レシートは返却できません。
・レシート有効期間外のレシートで応募を行った場合は、応募を無効とさせていただきます。
・2026WORLD BASEBALL CLASSIC™観戦チケットは、2026年3月5日～2026年3月10日、いずれかの日程の日本戦チケットが対象です。試合日程は変更になる場合がございます。大谷選手含め特定の選手の出場を保証するものではありません。
・当選者の発表は、賞品の発送をもって代えさせていただきます。
・ご当選の権利は、当選者ご本人に限り有効です。第三者に譲渡することはできません。
・賞品は、応募時に記入していただく送付先住所に発送されます。また、送付先や賞品の変更、及び配送日の指定はお受けできませんので、予めご了承ください。
・Wチャンス賞の「えらべるPay」は入力していただいたメールアドレスへお送りします。
・登録・応募内容に誤りや漏れがある場合は当選が無効となる可能性がございます。
・賞品は2026年2月末までに発送予定ですが、諸事情により、多少遅れることがございます。
・賞品受取り後の紛失等につきましては、責任を負いかねますので予めご了承ください。

・本応募規約は、本キャンペーンの適切な運営などのために、予告なく変更される場合がございます。

・本キャンペーンへのご応募に関連して応募者と第三者との間に紛争が発生した場合には、応募者は、自身の責任と費用で当該紛争を解決するものとし、当社に損害を与えることのないようにするものとします。
・本キャンペーンに関連してお客様に発生した損害について、当社に故意または過失がある場合を除き、当社は一切の責任を負いません。
また、当社の損害賠償責任は、当社に故意または重過失がある場合を除き、お客様に直接かつ現実に発生した通常の損害に限られます。

8.　準拠法・合意管轄

本応募規約の準拠法は、日本法とします。
本キャンペーンに関して生じた紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Before participating in the "Bantelin WORLD BASEBALL CLASSIC™ 2026 Japan National Team Support Campaign" (hereinafter referred to as "this Campaign") hosted by Kowa Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our Company"), please read these application rules carefully and agree to them before participating. By participating in this Campaign, you are deemed to have agreed to these application rules.

1. Validity Period for Receipts
From Monday, December 1, 2025, to Saturday, January 31, 2026

2. Application Deadline
Postcard Application: Valid if postmarked by Thursday, February 5, 2026
Web Application: Until 23:59 on Thursday, February 5, 2026

3. Application Method
Prepare receipts for purchases of Bantelin Kowa series products totaling 2,500 yen (including tax) or more during the validity period. All Bantelin Kowa series products are eligible (ointments, patches, supporters, taping, icing, recovery).
It is possible to combine multiple receipts for application.
You can apply as many times as you like.
Multiple entries and prizes can be applied for with one web application or one postcard.
You can only apply once with the same receipt, either by mail or web.
For purchases made on the internet or e-commerce sites, you can apply with delivery notes that can prove the product name, quantity, store name, and purchase date.
Web applications can only be made through the dedicated application form (computer, tablet, smartphone).
Fill in all required fields in the dedicated application form and attach the "receipt photo" before applying.
You can register up to 3 photos per application, so please be prepared in advance (you can also apply by taking multiple receipts together).
Photos should be in JPG or PNG format and within 10MB.

4. Prizes
Course A: 2026 WORLD BASEBALL CLASSIC™ Game Tickets: 10 groups, 20 people
Course B: Samurai Japan Replica Uniform (Size L): 50 people
Course C: Samurai Japan Replica Cap (Free Size): 50 people
W Chance: Selectable Pay (500 points): 1,906 people

5. Notes
Copies of receipts or handwritten receipts are invalid.
Submitted postcards and receipts cannot be returned.
Applications with receipts outside the validity period will be invalid.
2026 WORLD BASEBALL CLASSIC™ game tickets are for Japan games from March 5, 2026, to March 10, 2026. The game schedule may change. There is no guarantee of participation by specific players, including player Ohtani.
Winners will be announced by shipping the prizes.
The winning rights are valid only for the winners themselves and cannot be transferred to third parties.
Prizes will be shipped to the address provided at the time of application. Changes to the shipping address or prizes, and specifying the delivery date are not accepted.
The "Selectable Pay" for W Chance will be sent to the email address provided.
If there are errors or omissions in the registration/application details, the winning may be invalidated.
Prizes are scheduled to be shipped by the end of February 2026, but there may be slight delays due to circumstances.
We are not responsible for loss, etc., after receiving the prize.
Kowa Group employees and their families are not eligible to apply.
Returns or exchanges of prizes due to customer convenience are not accepted.
We cannot respond to inquiries regarding the selection process.
We do not respond to questions about personal information, such as checking the shipping status.
We may contact customers to confirm necessary information for shipping.
Communication fees and postage incurred for applying for this Campaign are the customer's responsibility.
If the winner's address, new address, or long-term absence is unknown, the winning will be invalidated.
In case of emergency trouble requiring system maintenance/inspection, applications for this Campaign may not be accepted for a certain period.
There may be difficulties connecting during times of high access.
Participants in this Campaign may receive information related to products from our Company and our group companies later, so please participate only if you agree.
Overseas residents can apply, but prizes will only be shipped within Japan.
These application rules may be changed without notice for the proper operation of this Campaign.
The changed application rules will be promptly posted on this site, and the latest content should be checked.
If a dispute arises between the applicant and a third party in connection with this Campaign, the applicant will resolve the dispute at his/her own responsibility and expense, ensuring that our Company is not harmed.
Our Company is not responsible for any damages incurred by customers in connection with this Campaign, except in cases of intentional or negligent acts by our Company. Furthermore, our Company's liability for damages is limited to direct and actual ordinary damages incurred by customers, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence.

6. Handling of Personal Information
The personal information provided by customers at the time of application will be handled in accordance with our Company's privacy policy and used for the lottery, prize delivery, inquiries if prize delivery fails, and sending information related to products/services from our Company and our group companies. Personal information will be appropriately managed by our Company and will not be disclosed or provided to third parties other than contractors without the customer's consent (except as required by law). 8. Governing Law and  Jurisdiction
The governing law for these application rules is Japanese law.
Disputes arising in connection with this Campaign will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

9. Supplementary Provisions
These application rules are effective from December 1, 2025.
